Pauline R. Hoseman-Fyfe, 91, of Vincennes, passed away Sept. 18, 2013, at BridgePointe Health Campus.Born March 21, 1922, in Knox County, Indiana, she was the daughter of Lester and Blanche (Nelson) Ray. Her parents preceded her, as well as a brother, Guy F. Ray, and her husband, Jim Fyfe.Pauline was a supervisor in the personnel department at Good Samaritan Hospital for 23 years. She was a member of the Free Methodist Church, where she was a Sunday School teacher, the Christian Women's Association, and the American Business Women's Association. In 1941 she graduated from Lincoln High School.Surviving is her sister, Alberta Russell of Hemphill, TX; a sister-in-law, Mary June Ray of Vincennes; a friend, Martha Coomer; nieces and nephews, David and Teresa Ray, Gary Ray and Angie Crabtree, and Joe Ray, all of Vincennes, Mike Russell of Colorado, Jim Ray of Florida, Donna Wagner of Indianapolis, IN and Karen Widner of Hemphill, TX; great - nieces and nephews, James Ray, Phillip Ray, Dustin Ray, Kara and Cody Fellows, and Cody Ray; and several great - great - nieces and nephews.Friends may call at the Goodwin Funeral Home on Sunday, from 1:00 - 2:00. The funeral service will begin at 2:00. Interment will follow at Hamline Chapel Cemetery near Monroe City, IN.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Free Methodist Church.
