Thelma L. Due, 97, of Vincennes, IN, passed away January 29, 2021, at Good Samaritan Hospital. Thelma was a graduate of Bruceville High School. During WWII, she worked at the parachute factory in Washington, IN, and helped out at USO events. She also worked at the Brown Shoe Factory, and the RCA plant in Bloomington, IN. Thelma was a member of Community United Methodist Church. Surviving are her sons, James Due and his wife, Gail, of Tucson, AZ, and Eric Due and his wife, Michiko, of Edmonds, WA; her sister, Edith Frye of Vincennes, IN; and her grandchildren, Simon Due, Sara Runkee and her husband, David, and Whitney Wilson and her husband, Christopher. Born August 18, 1923, in Vincennes, IN, Thelma was the daughter of Samuel and Myra (Dukes) Anderson. Her parents; her husband, Gerald Due; her son, Brian T. Due; and her brothers, Robert and William Anderson, preceded her. Friends may visit with Thelma's family from 12:00 - 2:00 on Wednesday, at the Goodwin Sievers Funeral Home Gardner-Brockman Chapel, 505 Main Street Vincennes, IN.
