Andrew William Witsman, 56, of Decker passed away on January 6, 2023 in Evansville, Indiana. He was born November 17, 1966 in Vincennes, Indiana to Raymond Lee and Kathleen Virginia (Stoltz) Witsman. Andrew graduated from South Knox High School and loved being with his family. Surviving are his brothers John and Ed Witsman, and his sister Virginia Lee Witsman. Andrew was buried at Memorial Park Cemetery with his mother and father.
