Anita Eakins

Anita F. Eakins, 62, of Vincennes, passed away at 8:20 pm Saturday June 6, 2020 at Good Samaritan Hospital.She was born in Newport News, Virginia on October 4, 1957 to Raymond and Ingaborg Hickman.Anita was a baker, seamstress, and was known to be excellent at doing crafts.Surviving are her children Martha Eakins, Joseph Eakins, and Sarah Eakins all of Vincennes; her significant other Greg Hardig; and her grandchildren Brennon Taylor Catt, Gaven Keller Willoughby, and Jayden Eakins.Preceding her in death were her parents; and her two grandchildren Jacob Eakins, and Taya Fay Eakins.Memorial services will be held at a later date.
