Arthur J. Garland, of Bicknell, IN, passed away July 14, 2013, at Good Samaritan Hospital.He was born Feb. 26, 1933 in Indiana. Arthur participated in activities with KCARC. Friends may call on Thursday, from 4:00 - 7:00, at Goodwin Funeral Home, 524 Broadway. A funeral service will follow at 7:00. Interment will be Friday, at St. Paul United Church of Christ Cemetery in Evansville, IN. Online condolences may be sent through goodwinfamilyfh.com.
