Barbara Catheryn Caroll Baker Frederick, 79, formerly of Vincennes, passed away at 10:50 p.m. Saturday, February 18, 2012 in Muncie.She was born May 6, 1932 in Vincennes, Indiana to Robert & Ruth (Sanders) Caroll and was raised by her adoptive parents, John and Margaret Baker.Barbara was a faithful member of the United Pentecostal Tabernacle Church, she enjoyed crocheting and being with her family.Survivors include her children, Robert C. Frederick of Vincennes, John M Frederick of St. Francisville, Deborah A. Pierson of Muncie, Thomas L. Frederick, and Cynthia D. Frederick, a sister, Rev. Mary Ellen Summitt of Princeton, several grandchildren and great grandchildren.Preceding her in death was her husband, John Frederick, parents, adoptive parents, and a son, Marlin Frederick.Funeral services for Barbara and a Memorial service for John will be held 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Feburary 20, 2012 ay Goodwin Funeral Home with Rev.
