Brenda F. Wittrock

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Brenda Wittrock, age 73, who left us on November 18, 2025. Born on August 18, 1952, in Princeton, IN she is the daughter of Adrian M and Lorene E. (Maxwell) Lindy. She married Rudy Wittrock on July 3, 1987, and he preceded her in death.

Brenda was a loving and vibrant presence in the lives of many. She will be remembered for her unwavering commitment to her community, notably through her involvement with Relay for Life and the Red Cross. She was a 1970 graduate of Vincennes Lincoln High School and worked as a production worker for Schott Gemtron. Brenda had a passion for life that shone through her various hobbies, including bowling, reading, gardening, and crocheting. She found joy in the simple pleasures, particularly in the company of her beloved dachshund dogs, who brought her immense happiness and companionship.

Survivors include her sisters, Venita Oursler and her husband Jerry of Mt. Carmel, IL, Amelia Green and her husband Chris of Mooresville, IN; her niece Rachael Green of Seattle, WA; and her beloved dachshund Bella. Brenda is preceded in death by her parents, Adrian and Lorene Lindy and her husband Rudy.

Friends may visit with Brenda's family from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at Memorial Park Cemetery at 1:30 pm. Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home is privileged and honored to be entrusted with the care of Brenda and her family.
