It is with the deepest sadness that I have ever known that I announce the passing of a truly good and kind man, my father Charles Dale Armes.

He was known as Superman to his family, a great storyteller to his friends, and an expert craftsman to anyone who saw his work.

He was 95 years of age when he left this world for a better one.

He is survived by his loving wife, adoring daughter, stepdaughters, stepsons, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends of Hudsonville.

He entered this life on February 3, 1931, and passed onto a better one June 21, 2026.

Visitation will be held from 9 to 10 a.m., June 25 at Goodwin-Sievers, Washington. A funeral service will be at 10 at the funeral home followed by graveside service at 11:30 a.m. at Ebenezer Cemetery, Hwy 257.
