Charles Burch

Charles "Ray" Burch,73, of Washington, IN passed away October 9, 2022. He was born in Odon, IN on November 26, 1948 to the late John and Margie (Sullivan) Burch. Ray attended North Daviess High School. He married, the love of his life, Carol White on July 29, 1977. Ray worked at Jasper Rubber for 20+ years. He enjoyed many things in life such as building model trains and houses, spending time with his family, fishing, camping, playing cards and watching westerns. Ray will be deeply missed by all. He was preceded in death by his parents. Ray is survived by his wife, of 45 years, Carol Burch; children William "Scott" (Tracy) Burch, Jodie Lynn (Jack) Miles, Larry Wayne (Janelle) Purdue, Marty Allen Purdue; grandchildren Jon (Lisa) Walker, Jeremy Purdue, Lindsay Purdue, Amber (David) Cales, Shyanne Burch, Katie Burch, Coletyn Bieker; great-grandchildren Grant, Drew, Isacc Walker, Guthix Cales, Maverick Davis; siblings Kay (Jim) Holladay, Bill Burch, Anita (Terry) Trosper, Lori (Kevin) Byer; and many nieces and nephews. Goodwin-Sievers is honored and entrusted with the care of Mr. Burch. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Memorial donations can be made to the Heart and Lung Association in Ray's honor.
