It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Charlotte A. Findley, who left this world peacefully on July 15, 2026, at the age of 84. Charlotte was born on September 29, 1941 in Danville, IL the daughter of John and Lottie (Hedworth) Fretty. She married Tusco Blue and he preceded her in death. She then married Ray Findley and he preceded her in death as well.

Charlotte was a member of First Baptist Church and known for her warmth, kindness, and vibrant spirit. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life, whether it was a sunny day spent at the beach, the thrill of the horse races, or the excitement of her travels to Las Vegas. Most importantly, she enjoyed her family and attending her grandchildren's events.

She is survived by her children, Stacy Blue of Vincennes. Michelle Risley and her husband Jerry "Bunk" of Newburgh, Jamie Hardesty of Indianapolis, Dusty Blue of Newburgh; her grandchildren, Seth Blue, Jared Blue, Erica Rhinerson, Summer Scheuer, Cody LaBean, Paige Hardesty, Dara Hibschman, Lexie Blue, as well as several great grandchildren. Charlotte is preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, Tusco Blue, her second husband Ray Findley, her brother, Bob Fretty and her two sons, Jeff and Derek Blue.

Friends may visit with Charlotte's family from 11:00 am until the hour of service time of 1:00 pm on Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home, 524 Broadway, Vincennes, IN 47591. Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home is privileged and honored to be entrusted with the care of Charlotte and her family.
