Kirk, 54, of Vincennes, passed away at the home of a friend, on September 29, 2016.She had worked as a CNA in home health care.Born December 11, 1961, in Robinson, IL, she was the daughter of Walter Staten and Mary (Nading) Woods. She is preceded by her father and a brother, Robert Nading.Surviving is her mother and step-father, Mary and Don Woods of Newton, IL; her children, Michael Nading of Pennsylvania, Ira Lawrence and his wife, Kirsten, of Bicknell, IN, and Walter "Willie" Lawrence of Vincennes; sisters, Lisa Shook of Lawrenceville, IL, Bert Jones of Newton, IL, Renee Howe of Kansas, IL, Billie Williams of Vincennes, IN, Katrina Thorton of Marion, IN, and Jo Ann Jefferson; grandchildren, Michael Lawrence, Kaitlyn Barton, Katelynn Lawrence, Cheyenne Lawrence, Dayton Hinds, Taryn Hinds, Dakota Lawrence, Devon Lawrence, Reagan Lawrence, Noah Lawrence, and Cameron Lawrence; and her great-grandchildren, Brandtly and Joanna Lawrence.The family will receive friends from 2:00 - 4:00 on Saturday, October 15, 2016, at the funeral home.Online condolences may be sent to the family through goodwinfamilyfh.com.
