Darell A. Keith, 82, of Washington, IN, passed away in the early morning on April 29, 2026, at Eastgate Nursing Home in Washington.

He was born on June 30, 1943, to the late William & Ruth (Day) Keith in Washington, IN. He attended and graduated from Plainville High School.

Darell married the love of his life, Sue (Carpenter) Keith, on December 1, 1962, and they shared over 63 years together.

During his career, Darell worked as the purchasing agent for Uniroyal and Nasco up until his retirement. He was a member of Parkview Christian Church in Plainville and was a past member of the Masonic Lodge in Washington. Darell cherished his family, especially his two daughters Donita & Kara, and his furry companion, Dixie.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William & Ruth; and his brother, Jarit A. Keith.

Darell is survived by his wife, Sue Keith; his daughters, Donita & Kara; and his special niece, Sandra (Keith) Lents and her husband Rodger.

Graveside services for Darell will be held on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at 2:00pm at Plainville Cemetery in Plainville, IN.
