Diana Jo Carson, or better known as Jody was born on November 19, 1946, the daughter of Clovis and Kathryn E. (Hawkins) Robinson. Jody passed away peacefully on March 23, 2026, at the age of 79. 

A lifelong resident of Vincennes, Jody was a familiar face in the community, she graduated from Vincennes Lincoln High School in 1964 and worked at K Mart in the restaurant, where she greeted customers with a warm smile and a friendly word.

Jody had a soft spot for animals, particularly her beloved dog, Boomer, and the many cats that filled her home over the years. She found joy in the little things, especially spending her time curled up on the couch watching her favorite old TV shows. Whether it was the suspense of "Murder, She Wrote," the action in "Walker, Texas Ranger," or the classic charm of "Gunsmoke," those programs brought her comfort and joy.

Jody will be missed dearly by her family, friends, and all those who had the pleasure of knowing her. Her warmth and kindness touched the lives of many.A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, April 28, 2026 at Memorial Park Cemetery.
