It’s with our deepest sorrow that we announce the passing of Dylan John Simpson from this world to Eternal Life on August, 2026, at the age of 32. Born September 22nd to his proud mother Nikki Simpson.
Dylan is survived by his Mom, devoted Grandmama Vicki Simpson, loving Aunt Pamma Lemon, Aunt Lea Lemon, cousins Jennifer Ramsey, Michael Ramsey, (his best friend and protector), Joshua and Christopher Lemon, Debbie and Dennis Graham, Ashley and Sarah Goodpastor, Lynn Clark, Wesley Clark and special friend Andre.
Dylan was preceded in death by His great grandparents John and Kate Lemon, Uncle Shawn Mowery, Uncle Johnny Lemon and Ryan Thurman. Must note the precious relationship with Dylan and Granny Kate, she was schooled in all things wrestling and had to learn all the wrestlers, she did!
Dylan came to this world with a mission; it was to love and love big he did. He had favorites also the ability to make you feel like a favorite while being with him. Grandmama Vicki was hands down his most favorite person in his world, truly a most special and loving relationship, if you know you know. The WWE number one fan, a role he took seriously. If you were ever fortunate enough to be invited to a beat down, you won’t forget him walking away with the belt. He and his cousin Josh have been having a continual match for years talking smack at every opportunity, something they both treasured. Dylan loved to travel with his family and has been to 48 of 50 states and has hiked many trails enjoying his adventurous side. Other big loves were music and dancing, all things Christmas, scary movies, (if you were fortunate, you may have played a character) and Mexican food.
Funeral services will be held to honor Dylans life Saturday August 22, 2026, at Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home in Washington, Indiana. Visitation will begin at 10 am until service begins at 2:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers his family request donations be made to Heart-to-Heart Hospice.
Please feel free to come and visit with the family and friends to share stories and memories. In Dylans spirit come comfortable you are welcome to wear tee shirts of Wrestling, Christmas or Scary movie. He would love that. Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Hone is privileged and honored to be entrusted with the care of Dylan and his family.
