Elmer Simison

Elmer Larry Joe Simison Sr., 57, of 209 Seminary, Vincennes passed away. He was born on February 9, 1955 in Vincennes to Elmer & Beatrice (Tislow) Simison.He was a self employed mechanic and loved to fish and hunt.Surviving is his mother of Washington; his children, Larry Joe Simison Jr. of Vincennes, Edward Lee Simison of Vincennes, Lisa Jane Cress of Bicknell, Brandi Michelle Langford of Bayminett, AL, Jerrod Lee Simison of Vincennes, and Toni Marie Murrell of Vincennes. Also surviving is a sister Frieda Burke of Sandborn and 13 grandchildren.He was preceded in death by his father, and a sister, Patricia Simison.A memorial service will be held 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at Goodwin Funeral Home with Rev. Jason Donaldson officiating. Friends may visit with the family from Noon until service time on Tueday.
