Eunice Izetta Smith, 90, passed away Tuesday August 16 at Good Samaritan Hospital.She was born on August 14, 1926 in Grayville Illinois to Clyde and Callie Watkins.Eunice was a homemaker.Surviving are her children, Florence Cochran of Clarksville Tennessee, Roger Petrashek of Lawrenceville, Marilyn May of Jasper Indiana, William May of Vincennes, and Mark "Tony" May of Vincennes; 11 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.Preceding her in death are her parents and 2 brothers and 2 sisters.A graveside service will be held Thursday, August 18 with Rev. John Lefler at 1:00pm EDT in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be at the cemetery. Eunice requested that there be no flowers sent. Online condolences may be made at www.goodwinfamilyfh.com
