Purcell Ave., Vincennes, passed away at 10:55 p.m. on Wednesday, September 14, 2011 at her residence. Born July 10, 1938, in Vincennes, she was the daughter of Orvall and Elsie (Slater) Hedge.Jackaline had worked as a sales clerk at Old Post Liquor Store for eighteen years and then retired from the Vincennes Sun-Commercial in the insert department. She enjoyed quilting, painting and working in her yard.Survivors include sons, Jeff Walls and his wife, Patty of Vincennes; sister, Edith Benton of Vincennes; grandchildren, Brandy Stone and her husband, Bobby of Groveland, FL and J.P. Brackin of Indianapolis; one great-granddaughter and five great-grandsons.Preceding Jackaline in death were her parents and son, Steven Walls.Graveside services will be held Friday, September 16 at 12:00 p.m. at Memorial Park Cemetery with Pastor Rick Schlomer officiating.
