James Queen

James "Jim" Andrew Queen, 76, passed away at 6:58 pm on December 24, 2015 at Daviess Community Hospital. Jim was born on January 15, 1939 in Washington, Indiana the son of Cecil and J. Lucille (Atha) Queen. Jim worked as a truck driver and later as a factory worker. He enjoyed doing yard work and loved to play pool. Jim also enjoyed watching western shows on television. Survivors include his sons, Jim, Carl William, Bob, Wayne; daughters, Norma Jean, Bonita, sisters, Betty Kell of Washington, Linda Gray of Vincennes, Marilyn Queen of Washington; brother, Randy Queen of Washington; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Jim was preceded in death by one son, one daughter; brothers, Robert and Gary; and sisters, Ruth and Sandra. There will be no services and Jim will be cremated at his request. Goodwin Funeral Home, 524 Broadway, Vincennes has been entrusted with his arrangements.
