Janet Pearce

Janet R. Pearce, 56, of Bicknell, Indiana passed away on November 6, 2025. She was born in Vincennes, Indiana on March 4, 1969, to the late Robert Stangle and Patricia Fox. Janet was a hard worker and was currently working as a cook for Daviess Community Hospital. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was known for being generous and having a giving heart for anyone in need. Janet also enjoyed playing softball, watching WWE, hunting for painted rocks, and spending time with her pets. She will be deeply missed.

Janet was preceded in death by her parents Robert Stangle and Patricia Fox; husband Jeffery Pearce; and brother Robert Stangle.

She is survived by her sons Gary (Michelle) Doerner and Aaron Doerner; grandchildren Jacob (Hannah) Doerner, Audrey Doerner, Brenton (Kynzie) Doerner, Mackenzie Doerner, Brenden Doerner, Hailey Doerner; siblings Billy (Susie) Fox and Betty Jo (Nick) Fox.

Goodwin-Sievers is honored to be entrusted with the care of Mrs. Pearce. Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 12, 2025, from 11 am to 1 pm. The Funeral Service will begin promptly at 1 pm with burial at Memorial Park Cemetery following immediately after.
