Jane Ann Worland

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jane Worland, who left us on May 31, 2025. A loving mother, devoted grandmother, and cherished friend, Jane brought warmth and joy to all who knew her. Jane was born on December 7, 1958, in Vincennes the daughter of Loren and Norma Jane (Southerland) Bloebaum. She married Bill Worland, and he preceded her in death.

Jane was a member of Old Cathedral Catholic Church, where she found strength and community. She had a zest for life that was evident in all her passions. Whether she was gracefully rolling a strike at the bowling alley, nurturing her beautiful garden, or preparing heartfelt meals for her family, she filled her days with activities that brought her joy and connected her to the people she loved. Jane treasured the simple pleasures of life, whether it was basking in the sun at the beach, creating beautiful pieces through sewing and embroidery, or simply enjoying the great outdoors.

Above all, Jane cherished her time with her family and grandchildren, relishing every opportunity to make memories and offer her unwavering support and love. Her spirit will forever live on in the hearts of those she touched.

Survivors include her daughters, Roxie Pelham and her husband David of Vincennes, Norma Worland of Bruceville, Nikki Rogers and her husband Brock of Vincennes; her siblings, Joetta Beebe of Bedford, IN, Mark Bloebaum and his wife Karen of Vincennes, Virgil Bloebaum of Vincennes; her grandchildren, Emily Myers, Shaylin Hill, Ethan Pelham, Julius Inman, Leo Rogers, Zane Rogers, and Emma Lou Rogers. Jane is preceded in death by her parents, Loren and Norma Jane Bloebaum, her husband, Bill Worland, and her brother, George Bloebaum.

Friends may visit with Jane's family from 4-7 pm on Sunday, June 8, 2025, at Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home, 524 Broadway, Vincennes, IN. Jane's funeral service will be held at 10:00 am on Monday, June 9, 2025, at Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home with Deacon Earl Ruppel officiating. Jane will be laid to rest in St. Thomas Cemetery.
