John Higgins

John R. Higgins, 64, of Vincennes, passed Oct. 3, 2014, at Good Samaritan Hospital. John worked as a mechanic at Vennard Auto. He was a member of Hoosier Cruisers, and the United Pentecostal Tabernacle. Born December 9, 1949, in Vincennes, he was the son of John and Erma (Stant) Higgins. His parents, and a brother, Kenneth Higgins, preceded him. Surviving is an aunt, Jane Jones of Lawrenceville, IL; an uncle, Raymond Higgins of Ft. Worth, TX; and several cousins, including Patricia Holscher of Lawrenceville, IL. A memorial service will be conducted on Sunday, at 3:00, at the United Pentecostal Tabernacle, by Pastor Loy Baird.
