John Milligan

John A. Milligan, 59, of Carlisle, IN, passed away July 3, 2020, at his home. John had retired from Packaging Corporation after 19 years. He was a navy veteran. John loved his dogs, Timber and Rachel. Born July 1, 1961, in Evansville, IN, he was the son of John W. and Joan (Lehman) Milligan. His father preceded him. Surviving is his mother, Joan Sprinkle, of Vincennes, IN, and his brother, Stephen W. Milligan of Vincennes, IN. Friends may gather at Memorial Park Cemetery on Wednesday, between 1:30 and 2:00.
