John David Waggoner, 63, of Vincennes, passed away Tuesday, December 12, 2017, at his residence.He was born August 22, 1954 in Sacramento, California, to David and Marie (Barmes) Waggoner.Surviving are many cousins.There will be no public services. Arrangements are being handled through Goodwin Funeral Home
