Juanita Burris

Juanita L. Burris, 82, of Vincennes, passed November 19, 2013, at Good Samaritan Hospital.She had worked for RCA in Indianapolis, and had worked as a waitress at Bobe's Pizza. Juanita was a member of the American Legion Auxillary.Born Aug. 16, 1931, in Knox County, Indiana, she was the daughter of Charles and Sylvia (White) Raney. Passing away before her were her parents; her children, Karen Fyfe and Charles "Chuck" Burris; sisters, Doris Ballard, Viola Cipriani, Louise Stidd, and Beverly Moore; and her brothers, Donald Raney and Charles Raney, Jr..Surviving are her sisters, Carolyn Bilskie and Judy Ritterskamp, both of Vincennes; a brother, Edward Raney of Cottonwood, AZ; her grandsons, Stacy Taylor of Florida, and Jeffrey Taylor; and three great-grandsons.A funeral service will conducted on Friday, at 2:00, at Goodwin Funeral Home, 524 Broadway.
