Kelli Jo Neighbors, 43, of Vincennes, passed away on Wednesday March 9, 2016.She was born December 8, 1972 in Vincennes to Claude and Phyllis (Phillippe) Neighbors.Surviving are her sons, Logan and Alex Warner of Vincennes; a sister, Claudia Rangel of Highland, California; and a brother, Russell Neighbors of Vincennes.A Memorial Service will be announced at a later date.
