Kevin J. Frayer, 64, of Vincennes, passed away 11:35 pm Tuesday April 23, 2019 at New Willow Manor.He was born December 17, 1954 in Vincennes, Indiana to James and Carol (Hall) Frayer.Kevin graduated from Lincoln High School in 1973 and enjoyed chess, photography, and tennis.Surviving are a daughter, J. Kimberly Frayer of Washington state, two grandchildren, and one great grandchild.Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am Tuesday at Memorial Park Cemetery with Josh Janeway officiating. Goodwin Funeral is assisting the family with the arrangements.
