Larry R. Legg

Larry R. Legg, 87, of Vincennes, Indiana passed away on September 10, 2026. He was born in Vincennes, Indiana on October 31, 1938, to the late Edward and Margaret Legg. Larry graduated from Decker High School. He married the love of his life, Elsie McDaniel, on October 31, 1969. Larry worked for many years with Indiana Department of Transportation but his passion was lawn maintenance. In his free time, Larry enjoyed watching classic cartons, fishing, watching sports, and anything and everything Elvis. He will be deeply missed.

He is preceded in death by his parent and siblings.

Larry is survived by his wife of 56 years, Elsie Legg; children Shelley (Dennis) Russell and Larry Kevin Legg; grandchildren Alexis (Trent) Ziegler, Damon (Shelby) Clouse, Alysa (Eric) Valdez, Ashtin (Lanie) Russell, Addison Russell, Jackson Legg; great-grandchildren Ryan, Ava, Bodhi, Ella, and Lincoln.

Goodwin-Sievers is honored to be entrusted with the care of Mr. Legg. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
