Laurel Stallard

Laurel C. "Shorty" Stallard, Jr. 67, passed away at 8:00 am on December 6, 2016 at the New Willow Manor Nursing Home. Shorty was born on August 11, 1949 in Vincennes the son of Laurel C. Sr. and Betty Joan (Crouch) Stallard. He married Arlene Silva and she preceded him in death on January 22, 2012.Shorty was a lifetime member of the Moose and was a huge basketball and football fan.Survivors include his fianc, Beth Berry of Vincennes; son, Kenny Stallard of Princeton; daughter, Heather Stallard of Nashville, TN; sister, Sandy Banach of Brick, NJ; grandchildren, Allan Culp, Courtney Culp, Shawn Davis; and several nieces. Shorty was preceded in death by his parents and his wife Arlene Stallard.Shorty will be cremated at his request and his family will have a memorial service at a later date.
