Lee Roy Noble, 80, of 10564 East Black Road, Wheatland, passed away at 6:45 p.m. Tuesday April 29, 2014 at St. Mary's Hospital in Evansville.He was born December 29, 1933 in Wheatland to Porter and Lula (Mayar) Noble.Lee drove for Perkins Furniture Transport for 45 years and farmed. He loved his family, especially his grandkids, and enjoyed fishing and mowing.Surviving are his children, Cindy Rainey of Wheatland, Terry Noble and his wife Mardell of Vincennes, and Brian Noble of Decker Chapel along with his ex-wife, Bonnie Noble Massie; two sisters, Dorothy Lay and Georgia Noble both of Vincennes; his grandchildren, Chris Noble, James Noble, Porter Noble, Angela Speakman, Cody Noble, and Josh Noble; his great grandchildren, Christopher Noble, Alta Noble, Rose Mary Adkinson, Devin Noble, Kailyn Noble, Jacob Noble, Boston Noble, Jacie Speakman, Madalynn Speakman, Ava Speakman, Evelin Speakman, Addie Pierson, Bralynn Noble, Payton Noble, and Kailynn Noble.Preceding Lee in death were his parents; a grandson, T.J. Noble; a brother, William Porter Noble; and three sisters, Grace Monts, Clara Noble, and Mary Lou Stafford.Visitation will be from Noon until 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 2, 2014 at Gardner Brockman Funeral Home.
