Linda Maharrey Gill

Linda Maharrey Gill, 84, of Jasper, IN passed away April 14, 2025. She was born in Washington, IN on December 11, 1940, to the late Dallas and Mable (Gammon) Fox. Linda attended Washington High School. She worked for several years as a nurses aid and continued her career with Walmart as a cashier.
In her free time, Linda enjoyed traveling, cooking, solving word search puzzles, and attended antique car shows with husband, Lyle.
Linda is preceded in death by her parents Dallas and Mable Fox; husband William Sanford Maharrey; son Richard Maharrey; siblings Tom (Betty) Fox and Rozella Fox.
She is survived by her husband Lyle Gill; children William (Lona) Maharrey, Bobby Maharrey, Ricky (Tara) Maharrey; 5 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; siblings Melvin Fox, Shirley Cerveny, Beverly Lovett, Rita Taylor, Betty Jo Thompson; and several nieces and nephews.
Goodwin-Sievers is honored to be entrusted with the care of Linda. Visitation will be held April 18, 2025, at 2020 State Street from 11 am to service time. The funeral service will begin promptly at 1 pm with burial at Bethel Cemetery immediately following.
