Linda L. Tapscott, 62, of Bicknell, IN, passed away at her home on Sept. 9, 2014. Linda was retired from the Area Plan Commission. Born Oct. 24, 1951, in Vincennes, she was the daughter of Arthur and Cora Cooper. Her parents preceded her. Surviving is her husband, Bruce Tapscott, Sr.; her children, Bruce Tapscott, Jr. of Bruceville, IN, and Crystal Bunch of Oaktown, IN; one sister; five grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchild.
