Mack Gilbert

Mack R. Gilbert, 65, of Vincennes, IN, passed away September 15, 2016, at Good Samaritan Hospital.Mack worked in construction. He was an Army veteran, and a member of the VFW, 40et8, and the American Legion.Born July 4, 1954, in Vincennes, he was the son of Robert and Grace (McCarter) Gilbert. His father preceded him.Surviving is his mother, Grace Gilbert of Vincennes; his son, Cody Gilbert and his wife, Jennifer, of Evansville, IN; a brother, Robert Gilbert of Vincennes; grandchildren, Sadie and Greyson Gilbert of Evansville, IN; and a friend, Vanessa Parrish.Private family services were held on Saturday.Online condolences may be sent to the family through gardnerbrockman.com.
