Matthew Rich Welch, 64, passed away at 12:41 pm on December 12, 2020 at his residence. Matt was born on April 6, 1956 in Indianapolis and was the son of John Edward and Mary (Rich) Welsh.Survivors include his sister, Victoria Smith of Vincennes; nieces, Shelly Claycomb, Samantha Smith; nephews, Bryan and Ralph Smith and several great nieces and great nephews. Matt was preceded in death by his parents.Matt will be cremated and laid to rest next to his parents in Memorial Park Cemetery.
