Mildred B. Catt, 92, of 815 East State Road 56, Hazelton, passed away at 7:38 a.m. January 23, 2013 at the New Willow Manor.She was born September 24, 1920 in Mount Carmel, Illinois to James J. and Grace (Houston) Farrell.Mildred was a Decker High School graduate and was a member of the Methodist church. She had worked as a postal clerk in Decker for several years and had also been a cook at the Decker High School.Surviving is her husband, Kenneth Catt, whom she married February 10, 1940, a daughter
