Olin Ramey

Olin Richard "Dick" Ramey Jr., 80, of Oaktown, IN, passed away January 10, 2018, at Willow Manor.Dick had worked in auto sales and service, moving here after retirement. He was a member of Mariah Creek Christian Church. During the Korean War he served in the US Navy. Dick was an avid woodworker.Born June 22, 1937, in Tattnal County, Georgia, he was the son of Olin Richard Ramey, Sr. and Janet (Lamberson) Ramey. His parents; a brother; a sister; a step-brother; and a nephew, Tim Mahrenholz preceded him.Surviving is his wife, Nancy (Broady) Ramey; his sister-in-law, Sue Mahrenholz of Vincennes; a niece, Diana Robling and her husband, Brett of Lawrenceville, IL; his step-sister, Rose Federonis of Atlanta, GA; and his step-mother, Celeste Ramey of Atlanta, GA.There will be no public services.
