Pamela ( Pammi ) Chambers Catt of Vincennes passed away Wednesday June 16, 2021 at Good Samaritan Hospital . Pam was born Jan 24, 1955 to Philip Sr and Robertine Cardinal Chambers . She graduated from Vincennes Lincoln Highschool in 1973 . She later attended Vincennes University Business College and Lockyear College . She worked at Hamilton Glass of Vincennes and Universal Scientific in Vincennes where she met her future husband Chuck . She married Charles (Chuck) Catt on July 16 1983 . The two gave birth to their only son Jace . Pam spent the rest of her career at The Samaritan Center of Vincennes where she was a Resident Assistant Coordinator until she retired in 2009 due to health issues. She loved her job at the Samaritan Center . She loved her clients and they loved her .Pam was a big family person . She loved all her family but was especially fond of her nieces and nephews which she was more than happy to devote to and get into mischief . She was a member of Community United Methodist Church of Vincennes for 23 years . She loved working behind the scenes of VBS . For the past year she has attended Christ Community Church In Vincennes and she loved both of her church families .Pam has always been very family oriented . She loved her family . Sisters , brothers , nieces , nephews . Pam was most proud of her son Jace and her 6 grandchildren .Since she became disabled she enjoyed her game shows , laptop games , and Hallmark movies and family get togethers . She and her husband Chuck have always been team players, sharing in cooking , canning , gardening , and even cutting firewood . Pam has always been a super hard worker and had the faith of Job . She was very good at keeping her husband's faith in tact .Pam is Survived by her husband of 37 years , her only son Jace whom she passed on her love for cooking . Jace Catt and his wife Jen of Vincennes, two sisters Jean Peters of Vincennes and her husband Bud , Peggy Roach of Evansville , two brothers Phil Chambers and his wife Marlene of Vincennes , and Jack Chambers and his wife Marsha of Bruceville . She is also survived by six beautiful grandchildren all of Vincennes . Dylon Catt , Jonathan Traylor . RJ Gist , Natalie Loch , Dean Catt , and Sam Catt , and many nieces and nephews . Preceding her in death were three sisters JoAnn Marley , Bobbi McClaskey , and Roberta Chambers .Friends may visit with her family from 11:00 - 1:00 on Monday, at Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home, 524 Broadway, Vincennes, IN. The funeral will begin at 1:00 on Monday, at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.Online memories may be shared with the family through goodwinsieversfh.com.
