Paul Beamon

Paul L. Beamon, 84, of Vincennes, passed away at 9:24 pm Sunday, May 13, 2018 at Lodge of the Wabash.He was born December 1, 1933 in Vincennes, to Benjamin and Pearl (Thompson) Beamon.Paul retired after 42 years in the maintenance department at Good Samaritan Hospital. Paul served in the Army and enjoyed watching westerns and NASCAR.Surviving are his daughter, Paula and Mike Ruppel of Vincennes; sisters, Dorothy McCune of Vincennes, June Carr of Eddyville, KY, and Betty Haubeil of Vincennes; grandchildren, Eric Ruppel, Matthew Ruppel and his girlfriend, Ashley Harris and their children, Kynlie and Maci.Preceding him in death were his parents; his wife, Martha (Bline); and brothers and sisters, Frank Beamon, Harry Beamon, Dale Beamon, Erma Johnson, and Donna Ferguson.Visitation will be from 12-2 Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at Goodwin Funeral Home with a graveside service to follow at 2:15 at Memorial Park Cemetery officiated by Deacon Earl Ruppel. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to Vincennes Pet Port. Goodwin Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Paul Beamon.
