With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Penny Jo Horrall, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and talented floral designer, who left us peacefully on September 27, 2025, at the age of 72. Penny was a warm and caring soul who brought beauty into the lives of everyone she came in contact with. She was born on July 1, 1953 in Vincennes the daughter of Robert and Martha Polly (Elkins) Blubaum. Penny married Terry Horral on August 2, 1986.

Penny found joy in her work as a floral designer at the Enchanted Florist, where her creative spirit flourished through her beautiful arrangements. A dedicated member of St. John Lutheran Church, she drew strength from her faith and community, contributing her time and talents to uplift those around her. An avid crafter, Penny was known for her exquisite custom hand-stitched sweatshirts, which she expertly showcased at craft shows throughout the Tri-State area. Her artistry and passion for crafting created lasting memories for her family and friends.

Survivors include her husband, Terry Horrall of Vincennes; her mother, Martha Polly Blubaum of Vincennes; her children, Joe (Candra) Moon, Chris (Chad) Moon and Gabe Horrall all of Vincennes; her siblings, Mike (Carmen) Blubaum, Cindy (Mick) Jones, Danny (Cindy) Blubaum, Kyle (Janice) Blubaum, Charlene (Tut) Colegrove, Paula (J.B.) Winemiller; her grandchildren, Jesslyn Moon, Arie Moon, Maxwell Moon, Layla Moon, Haven Jackson, Hope Jackson and Aubree McCallister. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father, Robert Blubaum and her infant son, Justin Moon.

Penny's life will be honored in a funeral service on October 2, 2025, at 10:00 AM at St. John Lutheran Church, 707 N. 8th Street, Vincennes, IN 47591 with Pastor Ron Maxwell officiating. Prior to this, there will be a public viewing at Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home, 524 Broadway, Vincennes on October 1, 2025, from 4:00 PM until 8:00 pm allowing friends and family to come together in remembrance of her vibrant spirit. Penny will be laid to rest in Memorial Park Cemetery. The Horrall family has requested contributions be made in Penny's name to St. John Lutheran Church or the Knox County Humane Society.
