Richard L. "Dick" Vollmer, 75, of Vincennes, passed away at Good Samaritan Hospital on Oct. 28, 2011.Born Oct. 1, 1936, in Vincennes he was the son of Otto C. and Pauline (Hall) Vollmer. His parents preceded him. Surviving is his sister, Verna Meyer; and his nephew, Mark Meyer; both of Vincennes.Dick had worked as a carpenter for C.H. Kopp & Sons. He was a member of St. John Lutheran Church. Friends may visit with the family on Monday from 4:00 - 8:00 at Goodwin Funeral Home, 524 Broadway. A graveside service will be held at Memorial Park Cemetery on Tuesday, Nov. 1, at 10:00. Online condolences may be sent to the family through goodwinfamilyfh.com.
