Sharon Stokes, 77, of Vincennes passed away at 9:34 am Sunday, October 4, 2020 at the Timbers of Jasper.She was born May 22, 1943 in Sorento, Illinois to Oren and Olive (Smith) Alsop.Sharon had worked as a home health aide and was a member of the First Baptist Church.Surviving are a daughter Sarah Schaefer and her husband Brant of Vincennes, and a grandson Nicholai Schaefer.She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Kenneth Stokes who preceded her in 1986; and a sister Marilyn Alsop.Sharon's wishes were to be cremated. Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Sharon Stokes.
