It is with heartfelt gratitude and a touch of joy that we celebrate the life of Sheila Ann Perry, who danced her way through life from October 31, 1946, until May 31, 2026. Born in the charming town of Vincennes, Indiana, Sheila's spirit shone brightly as she embraced friendship, family, and her beloved work as a Unit Clerk at Good Samaritan. Always ready with a smile and a kind word, her warmth will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Sheila was proud to have dedicated her career to the medical field, serving countless patients who became like family to her. With a High School Diploma in hand and an indomitable spirit, she made a lasting impact on everyone she encountered at Good Samaritan.

She is survived by her loving brother, Lowell E. Higgins, Jr., and wife Bernadine who stands as a testament to the bond they shared throughout their lives. Together, they created cherished memories that will resonate long after her departure.

As we gather to honor Sheila's legacy, we invite everyone to join us for a celebration of her remarkable life. A public viewing will take place on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, starting at 11:30 AM, until 12:30 PM providing an opportunity for friends and loved ones to pay their respects at Goodwin Sievers Funeral Home in Vincennes, Indiana.

A graveside service will follow at 1:00 PM, at the Memorial Park Cemetery in Vincennes, where we will share stories, laughter, and the beautiful moments we were privileged to experience with Sheila. Finally, we will lay her to rest at 1:30 PM, surrounded by love and treasured memories.

In honoring Sheila's vibrant life, let's remember her not with sorrow but with the laughter, love, and kindness she so freely shared with the world. Join us as we celebrate this remarkable woman who will forever hold a special place in our hearts.

Sheila was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Perry, Father Lowell E. Higgins, Sr., and her Mother Faye Higgins.

Pallbearers will be Ancil Roark, Charles Roark, Terry Roark, Lowell E. Higgins, Jr., Joe Ashby, and Jerry Branch.
