Thomas Mccrary

Thomas A. McCrary, Sr., 84, of Vincennes, IN, passed away February 29, 2020, at Good Samaritan Hospital.Tom had worked at Brown Shoe Factory. After moving to Illinois, he worked for Metropolitan Insurance Co. Later he became a Baptist minister, and was a member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church. He served as a sergeant in the US Army.Born June 30, 1935, in Petersburg, IN, he was the son of Orlando "Toad" and Mary (Robling) McCrary. His parents; his sisters, Lela Pearl Evans and Mary Ann Woodall; and a brother, Doyle E. McCrary preceded him.Surviving is his wife, Barbara (Theriac) McCrary; his son, Thomas "Tommy" McCrary, Jr. of Vincennes, IN; and a sister, Betty Sue Decker of Petersburg, IN.A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, at 2:00, at Memorial Park Cemetery.
