Virginia A. Wollerman, 82, better known as Ginger passed away peacefully at 8:50 am on March 11, 2026, at Gentle Care Nursing Home in Vincennes. She was born on November 7, 1943, in Vincennes the daughter of Tom and Marie (Allen) Cooper. She married Randall A. Wollerman on June 20, 1964, and he preceded her in death on March 26, 2004.
Ginger was a lifelong resident of Vincennes and a member of First Baptist Church since 1954 and attended the Family Circle Sunday School Class. She had worked at Harold's Supermarket, First Baptist Church, and the Free Methodist Church retiring in 2003.
She is survived by her son Randall A. Wollerman Jr. and his wife Tracy of Vincennes; her son-in-law, David Brown of Vincennes; her grandchildren, Randall Wollerman III, Ian Brown; her great grandson, Ransom Wollerman; and two sisters, Helen Twitty of Roswell, GA and Kitty Keller and her husband John of Vincennes. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews. Ginger is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Randall A. Wollerman, daughter, Brenda K. Brown, and her siblings, Luella Black, Thomas W. Cooper, Idella Pipher, Robert Cooper, Nancy Schaeffer and Larry H. Cooper.
Friends may visit with Ginger's family from 11:00 am until the hour of service time of 1:00 pm on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home, 524 Broadway, Vincennes, IN 47591. Ginger will be laid to rest in Memorial Park Cemetery. The Wollerman family has requested memorial contributions be made in her name to the First Baptist Church of Vincennes, 2625 Wabash Ave., Vincennes, IN 47591.
